Our Memorials.
Submitting a Memorial
If you
wish to submit a memorial, please send an email to
memorials@bfomidwest.org,
with the following information:

Your own name
- The name of your loved one as you would like it
to appear, and the dates of life
- A photo if your loved one, or if you would prefer,
an image that that represents your loved one
- The comments that you would like to include. We
will try to insert the text as you've written it,
but we need to keep the content to about 100 words.
If a bit of editing is needed, we will let you know.
You can send the text directly in your email, or attach
it as a word document. |
Please submit the photo as a digital file and include it
as an attachment to the email. The picture size needs to
end up about the same size as the picture in our current
memorial section, so we may have to reduce the size of the
one you send us.
If
